Avast for Business - problems with access to the internet console

Clay Clark, Avast's Support Manager last night, informed about possible problems when logging into web accounts: my.avast.com and business.avast.com business console. Problems with access to the service took place on October 8 this month.

People who tried to log in to the console at that time could see the message " The online content is unavailable" .

At the moment the problem has already been solved. The manufacturer denies any allegations of alleged cyber attack on Avasta's infrastructure. Unfortunately, this is not possible, which is confirmed by the recent burglary of Bitdefender's servers , where hackers managed to steal less than 1 percent of logins and passwords of all Bitdefender Cloud Security business clients. Until there is no rumor confirming the burglary, there is nothing to sow panic.

Most likely (and this is the official version for now), the error caused a server crash that was responsible for hosotowanie files for updating Avast products.
