Avira in trouble - the manufacturer's website has been hacked

Recently, going to avira.com/en/avira-free-antivirus and avira.com, the user has been bidden with this message with the musician in the background.

The Avira website has been swapped by the hack group KDMS Team .

They express opposition to Israeli-Jewish nationalist Zionism, which is meddling in Palestine's internal affairs. It has been known for a long time that these two countries have no mutual sympathy. KDMS (identifying with the Anonymous group) demand the release of their compatriots from Israeli prisons.

For now, we do not know exactly how the site was changed. Certainly, this is not a typical attack on the servers of the manufacturer itself but only a substitution of the server's dns and IP addresses.

The KDMS group has recently "followed" WhatsApp, AVG, RedTube and the hosting company LeaseWeb.

Current news can be read on the Twitter page of the KDMS group: https://twitter.com/KdmsTeam
